Representatives from six leading central banks will meet at the April IMF conference to discuss the prospects for the use of national digital currencies.

According to Japan Times, at the meeting, economists will share the results of their research in this area, as well as share their vision of the potential benefits and risks of using the digital currency of the central bank.
